"It might be that we got the right vehicle at the right time but the journey didn't happen. The taxi was supposed to have been booked for 1:30 pm. Nothing in the confirmation emails gave am or pm and I assumed all was fine for a 1:30 pm pickup. I then received a txt early in the morning at 12:53 am saying that the chauffeur is on route. I phoned the chauffeur immediately to explain the mistake. I then phoned optima-taxi (only to receive an automated reply until I got through at 9am in the morning). I explained the situation. The answer was that 1:30 is morning and that 13:30 is afternoon and there was nothing they could do. I appreciate I must have made a mistake in the booking but I tried to clear it up as soon as I found out so to then have no taxi for when we needed it, no opportunity to rebook and in addition to lose £472.50 does not make me a happy customer. "
